The relocated barn sits comfortably in the landscape

Party Barn

Philmont, New York

Our clients loved the old barn on their property, but it had been neglected for decades. Instead of lifting the structure and replacing the foundation, we carefully disassembled, re-sited and reconfigured the barn on a hill behind their home. While it looks like a period barn, this fully modern structure contains a multi-car garage, recreation space, kitchen, bedroom and two full baths.
