New porches and dormers will transform this 1980's house into a comfortable country home. Each section will be detailed to evoke a building that has grown over the years. An entirely new layout will dramatically change the interior as well.

The small addition to this 18th century Dutch house required careful attention. The new sun porch maintains the lines of a previous addition, while banks of french doors open up the side and rear facades.

Larger windows and a reconfigured layout transform this dark apartment into a spacious, light-filled space. The kitchen has been doubled in size, with glass cabinets that separate the dining area.

Originally designed by James Carpenter, this duplex apartment had been stripped of much of the original details. Working with decorator Kerry Wilson, we have proposed a number of changes to enhance the character of the apartment. A new kitchen is also part of the project.
