Park Avenue Duplex
 

Located in one of Manhattan's finest buildings, this duplex apartment was sensitively updated to meet the requirements of a young family.  The original kitchen was expanded and new bathrooms added.  New plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems were installed without disrupting original plaster moldings.
