Spencertown Residence
 

New porches and dormers transformed this uninspired 1980's house into a comfortable retreat. Details and materials vary from one section to another, lending the impression that the house has evolved over an extended period. An entirely new layout has dramatically changed the interior as well. The project received a Design Award from the American Institute of Architects.
